Guarantee Pitfalls:
Be careful, some guarantees are very ambiguous and leave loopholes for charges; such as "No data, No fee!" All this means is that if they don't get ANY data, they won't charge you. However, if the company gets a system file, they consider that to be a successful recovery and will charge you in full. Also be on the lookout for arbitrary time guarantees. Some companies will tell you that if the data can't be recovered in 5 days, it can't be recovered; Our findings indicate differently!
